Refund policy

Our returns policy is 14 business days. If more than 14 business days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unworn and in the original perfect sale condition that you received it, all tags must still be attached, and the garment must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we first require an email to returns@commonthingclo.com stating your order number, which item you want to return and reason for returning. Please also state whether you would like a refund or exchange for another item. We will offer exchanges to the same value you have paid for the original garment, if you wish to exchange, please state the items you wish to exchange for including your required sizing.

In certain extreme situations we may refuse refunds:
Any item not in its original condition, that has been worn, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned over 14 days after receipt of goods.

For hygiene purposes, no refund or exchanges will be given for products that have traces of aftershave, make-up, body odours or cigarette smoke.

Any returns that do not meet the above requirements, will be rejected, and returned to you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk

All items to be returned via tracked mail to ensure returns arrive safely. No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post.
